Imprinted Set-up Fees: Photo USA will produce a sample using your supplied artwork and can ship your proof (at your cost) within 3 business days of receipt of the final artwork and specs. We can also email you pictures at no cost or for rush orders. 

• $75 for Standard Imprints - Additional charges may be added, depending on the complexity of the job, and will be quoted before an order is placed.
  
  
• $150 for Color-Critical Imprints - Please note that due to the nature of sublimation imprinting, an exact color match is not always possible; we will always produce the closest possible match.
  
  
• Hourly rates for Design Services - We charge for additional graphic design work requests. All costs will be quoted before any work is performed.
  
  
• Reorders - There will not be a setup fee on any reorders within two years of the order being placed. This does not apply if any changes to the artwork need to be made.

Imprint Production: Production will begin after the pre-production sample is approved. Normal turnaround times are: 

• 3 business days for repeat orders - Repeat orders of same quantities within 3-month time period 
• 5 business days for new orders up to 1,000 pieces 
• 10 business days for quantities of 1,001 — 5,000 pieces For larger orders, please call us for the most accurate, up-to=date lead times. Please keep in mind that we can produce very large quantities at our plant in China. 
• Rush services for quicker turnaround times are available for an additional fee. Call us for details and to discuss lead times for your particular order.

File Specifications: Please note the imprint area on our website for the product to be produced. 

• We have state-of-the-art design facilities and currently take in all file formats. We prefer to have the original 
  application files (with layers) to be supplied in the case we need to modify the files. Common file formats 
  supported — EPS, PSD, PDF, AI, CDR, TIF, JPG 
• Photographic images should at least 300 dpi at the final size to be printed. Please use the sRGB workspace and 
  supply us with RGB mode files for the most vivid output. 
• Text should be converted to outlines to avoid substitution issues. 
• Email artwork directly to your sales account rep or to orders@photomugs.com. For large files over 5 MB, please 
  use a free file hosting service such as YouSendIt (www.yousendit.com).

Packaging: Our imprinted products are shipped bulk unless otherwise noted. We have a wide assortment of options 
for gift boxes and presentation packages, including drop-ins, flyers, barcodes, labels, etc. Please call for details.
