Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to providing you with the best solution possible, but there are limitations because of the unique nature of the products we sell. Photo USA has two types of returns - non-defective and defective.

The conditions for returns on non-defective items are as follows: 

  • Return request must be made within 2 weeks from the invoice date. 
  • All products must be returned in original blank condition and in the original packaging. 
  • RMA # must be obtained by emailing or calling our offices directly. 
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. The only accepted carrier is FedEx because of their guarantees on fragile shipments. 
  • We will not accept returns on products already imprinted on. 
  • No restocking fee. No reimbursements on shipping charges. 
  • Authorized returns will receive company credit or replacements only.

 

The conditions for returns on defective or damaged items are as follows: 

  • Return request must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. 
  • Please inspect all packaging upon receipt of goods and note any shipper damage so that we can help you file a claim against the shipper. 
  • Pictures of defects or damages must be taken upon discovery of said defects or damages then sent to your representative. 
  • Returns must be approved by your sales representative or the office manager. 
  • We will not accept returns on products already imprinted on. 
  • No restocking fee. No reimbursements on shipping charges. 
  • Authorized returns will receive company credit or replacements only.
